The N-1 Starfighter, also known as the Royal Starfighter, is a single-seat patrol craft developed by the Theed Palace Space Vessel Engineering Corps and used by the Royal Security Forces. With a length of 11 meters and a maximum atmospheric speed of 1,100 km/h, it is a nimble and fast vessel. It is equipped with twin blaster cannons and fire-linked proton torpedo launchers, capable of carrying up to ten torpedoes in a magazine. The Starfighter features a class 1 hyperdrive system and protective shields to safeguard the pilot, while an onboard astromech droid assists with navigation and repairs.

The distinctive chrome plating on the front hull of the ship reflects its royal heritage and also serves to temporarily blind optical sensors. This design represents the fusion of art and function found in the technology.
