The Nu-Class space transports were used as troop and supply transporters during the Clone Wars by the Galactic Republic. Unlike the well-known LAAT/i gunboats, these ships were equipped with less firepower but they were overall faster and thanks to the built-in hyperdrive they could be used for long distance operations, too. The wings on the side fold upwards during the landing process which allowed the passengers (up to 30, usually clone troopers) a quick and easy exit. The ships were als used from time to time by council members and they continued to be used after the fall of the Republic in the early days of the Galactic Empire.

This model and the instructions were designed by TapirTech. Just like its archetype the model can be displayed in flight mode as well as in landing mode. The instructions also include an optional detachable landing gear. It also features a mini-interior with seats and holo-table detailing.
