The Imperial Compact Assault Transports, a.k.a. Juggernauts, were used by the remains of the Empire for more difficult transports. Among other things, they were used for the transport of highly explosive rhydonium on Morak. During a short visit of the mandalorian Djin Darin some of them were destroyed by him and Boba Fett.
The model and the instructions are from Staal.MOC. The instructions are available here as PDF download. The fully suspended model disposes of a cockpit with interior, steering and some rhydonium containers.
